What is a training session like?

You can expect a 45-60min varied workout designed to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. You will utilize a variety of equipment and body movements while being observed and assessed by the trainer.
Do I need to diet?
Trainers generally do not encourage diets. They are often temporary fixes. Instead, we highly encourage healthy eating through sustainable changes. Healthy eating combines with exercise will help you achieve your goals quicker than exercise alone.
How long until I start seeing results?
you typically begin seeing results in 8-12 weeks. The type of results will vary and is based on your beginning fitness level, how frequently you exercise, and how intense your training is. However, you will begin to FEEL the results much sooner. Almost immediately you may notice an increase un energy levels, better sleep. reduced stress, and improved strength.
How often should I exercise?
Typically it is reccomended to strt with 3 days per week. Once you develop the habit of exercise, you can gradually progress to 5-6 days per week. Gradually progression helps to avoid overtraining and burnout.
